Due to the high demand from our previous drop, this release will be available for pre-order to help ensure everyone gets the chance to secure their piece.

This approach also supports our no-waste policy, allowing us to produce responsibly and reduce excess stock.

By placing a pre-order, you’re reserving your item ahead of time. Orders will be shipped by the end of October.

We are a small team so we like to keep things simple!

Faulty or damaged items
If your order arrives faulty or damaged, just flick us an email with your order number and a couple of photos so we can sort it out quickly.
We will always work with you to put things right if there is a problem with your item even if it pops up after you have had it for a while.

Need a different size?
No worries! We are happy to do exchanges for sizing as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Just get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order. You will just need to cover the return shipping.

Refunds
If we have made a mistake like selling you something that is already sold out we will be in touch straight away so you can choose between a full refund or store credit.

Change of mind
We do not offer returns for change of mind so please double check your size and order before you hit purchase.

We ship all around NZ, Australia, Singapore and the UK.
Shipping costs and times will depend on where you’re based and will be shown at checkout. Once your order’s on its way, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can keep an eye on it.

Orders are usually packed and sent out within 1–3 working days, then delivery times will vary depending on your location and local postal service.
