Refund policy
We are a small team so we like to keep things simple!
Faulty or damaged items
If your order arrives faulty or damaged, just flick us an email with your order number and a couple of photos so we can sort it out quickly.
We will always work with you to put things right if there is a problem with your item even if it pops up after you have had it for a while.
Need a different size?
No worries! We are happy to do exchanges for sizing as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Just get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order. You will just need to cover the return shipping.
Refunds
If we have made a mistake like selling you something that is already sold out we will be in touch straight away so you can choose between a full refund or store credit.
Change of mind
We do not offer returns for change of mind so please double check your size and order before you hit purchase.
